We’re thrilled to share InVision has been named to Entrepreneur Magazine and CultureIQ’s 2017 Top Company Cultures list, a distinction we’re honored to share with companies we respect, including Asana, NewsCred, and Grovo.

Culture can be hard to define. Is it a company’s bones, or its heart? Even trickier—how can we quantify it?

Entrepreneur and CultureIQ teamed up to answer that question. They ranked teams by combining the Net Promoter Score from employee surveys with ratings in 10 key areas, including collaboration, wellness, and mission alignment.

Interviews with the experts—our own people—and input from CultureIQ’s “CIQ” scoring system rounded out the placings.

“Strong culture comes from hiring high-character people who are humble, passionate, and smart,” said InVision CEO Clark Valberg. “Culture is the emotional experience of being part of a company—you can’t force people to treat each other with love and respect. This recognition is all about our incredible people and the culture they create, and I’m humbled every day that I get to work with this team.”

Bringing teams together around a shared vision drives us every day. That’s what InVision is all about—and we’re honored to have been recognized for building a culture that reflects that mission.
