How to use

Step 3: List high-level project needs and requirements

Clarify team needs and project goals.

Step 4: Wrap up the process and move to the planning stage

Work through three sets of ideas to develop a concrete plan for your launch. Discuss the following as a team:

• Deliverables: What the customer will receive when you ship
• Milestones: Important project moments you want to hit
• Q&A: Feature questions and team responses
