Good UX design boils down to being an advocate for your user, both before, during, and after a product build. But how exactly do you do that?

Enter our newest e-course: Principles of UX Design by Timothy Embretson, Best Buy’s Director of UX. To those who’ve heard about UX and want to know what it is, why it’s so important, and how to become an advocate for it: this e-course is for you.

About the course

In its 9 chapters, Principles of UX Design captures how to research your user, create personas and mental models, what your information architecture might look like, how to inject UX design understanding into the decision making process, and much more.

Each installment builds on the last, so your knowledge and understanding grows week by week. By the course’s conclusion, you’ll not only understand the value of UX, but you’ll know how to put that knowledge to work.

It’s also absolutely free. Want in? Sign up!
