Dianne Borges is Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience, overseeing the customer success, support and enablement programs that serve InVision’s 7 million users. Dianne has dedicated her 25+ year career to the fields of customer analytics, strategy and operations in tech. This reflects her passion for building customer relationships that are rooted in empathy, business value and shared community. And she relishes the team sport that is required to create great customer experiences. She’s innovated in this space, with new customer segmentation and delivery models, and has served as speaker and advisor on the topic of customer loyalty.
Dianne is also recognized for her ability to lead organizations pragmatically through critical stages of change. She is particularly adept at helping organizations navigate competitive landscapes in emerging industries and product categories. To that end, she has managed post-M&A integrations at two organizations, facilitated successful exits at two others and shepherded a complex divestiture/merger.
Prior to InVision, Dianne headed customer success organizations at enterprise SaaS companies Khoros (FKA Spredfast), DISCO and Bazaarvoice. And before that, she served as SVP and General Manager at global insights leader Kantar Millward Brown. She also served as strategist for two management consultancies and was a software product manager before the Internet was a thing.
