As SVP of People, Katie Hollis leads the full employee experience strategy: talent management and attraction, organization development, total rewards, diversity, inclusion, and equity, people operations and analytics, and internal communications. Katie brings over 18 years of Human Resources experience, mostly in fast growing technology organizations. She is a leader who has built strong culture-focused strategies that engage employees in their role, team, and company as a whole.
Prior to joining, InVision, Katie spent eight years at Indeed building and creating the global Employee Development center of excellence. During this time, she grew the team from one to over 50 team members globally while designing the function into four areas of focus: Learning Experience, Talent & Organization Development, Leader Effectiveness, and HR Communications. Some of the team’s notable accomplishments were introducing and evolving the all-company engagement survey; experiential learning experiences for managers at all levels; top talent identification and development; design-thinking approach to HR program build; and innovative approaches to performance management. She also spent time at MediaWhiz, ShopperTrak, Trading Technologies, and Hyatt Hotels.
