Chief People Officer
Mark Frein is the Chief Performance Officer at InVision, where he works to identify and nurture individual talent, build and strengthen remote teams, and design management structures to create positive, high performing environments.
Most recently, he was the Chief Performance Officer and Senior Vice President of people at Return Path, Inc., where he led the development of the company’s organizational structure and culture. Previously, Mark founded a professional services consultancy specializing in organizational development, where he guided a wide range of private and public companies through the unique challenges presented by rapid growth and international expansion.
Mark holds a masters in philosophy of education and a doctorate degree in education from the University of British Columbia.
