Benjamin Evans

Benjamin Earl-Evans is a Designer, Author & Speaker. He uses design-thinking to help everyone - from creative professionals to business leaders - build more inclusive products and services. Currently, he leads design for Airbnb’s Anti-Discrimination team - a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, researchers and data scientists focused on ensuring that all hosts and guests have equal access to amazing experiences.

Salomé Mortazavi

Salomé is a Senior Product Design Manager at Pivotal Labs where she helps Fortune 500 companies and startups transform and scale their product design practices through lean user-centered design and development practices. In her role, she supports the growth of the Pivotal design practice and inclusive design initiatives.

Aarron Walter

Currently the VP of Design Education at InVision, Aarron previously founded the UX practice at MailChimp. He is the author of Principles of Product Design and co-author of Design Leadership Handbook on DesignBetter.Co, and the bestselling book Designing for Emotion, from A Book Apart.
